Koç Rezidans

A residence tower articulated by vertical facade strips; surfaces in grey, white and terracotta tones are softened with planted balconies. In front of the tower, a two-storey row of low-rise units with wide balconies lines the street, alongside a podium terrace with shade sails.

Interior visuals highlight a living room composed with a dark marble TV wall, concealed strip lighting and marble coffee tables, and a beige-toned living-dining area with wall moldings and cove ceiling lighting.
