An open-air shopping center concept of two-to-three-storey volumes; facades are wrapped in white vertical louver panels while ground floors open through continuous glass storefronts. A wide pergola canopy raised on columns defines the entrance plaza.

Grass-stepped amphitheater seating, an inner courtyard plaza and cafe areas on the roof terraces are arranged as gathering points. Pedestrian axes, tree-planted surroundings and parking areas read as a whole in the aerial view.
