Ticari Villa Projesi

A horizontally extended, flat-roofed commercial building; the ground floor opens with full-length glass storefronts, while a set-back glazed upper level and fascia band sit above. Facades are clad in a restrained language of beige and grey composite panels.

The photo of the completed building shows a timber-framed signage band and a wide storefront leased as a supermarket. A stone-paved pedestrian apron and vehicle drop-off area are arranged along the front.
